Our Cyprus office became operational in September 2008 following the demands of clients who need to know that the highly demanding requirements of international tax planning structures devised by their professional tax advisers are properly and successfully implemented and managed into the long term.
We ensure that any such tax planning is implemented effectively, efficiently and regularly tested over time in Cyprus as well as other jurisdictions.
Our corporate and trust activities are not confined to meeting local requirements only. Instead we adapt them to a standard where requirements of the international tax planning structure are being understood and respected as a whole thus overcoming any obstacles that may be encountered with our clients’ respective tax authorities, or at least mitigating them to the greatest extent possible.
The team in Cyprus is made up of senior executives, corporate administrators, lawyers and accountants all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in the corporate and trust services sector.
