Carey Group Luxembourg have a vast knowledge of listing rules and experience of a wide variety of listing structures including closed and open ended funds, special purpose vehicles, warrants and debt issues through the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

To be admitted on a Regulated Market, shares or UCI units shall be capable of being traded in a fair, orderly and efficient manner and to be negotiated freely. The European commission considers securities as freely negotiable if they can be traded between parties to a transaction and subsequently transferred without restriction, and if all securities within the same class as the security in question are fungible(!)

The regulated market exercises its discretion in assessing whether the share or unit is capable of being traded in a fair, orderly and efficient manner. The following criteria
must be satisfied:

• The terms of the security are clear and unambiguous
• The price is reliable and publicity available
• All the necessary information to value the Security needs to be publicly available
