Carey Group are experts in creating and administering structures for individuals and families. Succession (or inheritance) is likely to be a major concern but other issues may include tax, asset protection and confidentiality.

In principle, we have no restrictions on the jurisdictions where we work. We are not restricted to dealing only with bankable assets: we can administer structures designed to hold bankable assets and also deal with trading companies, real estate, intellectual property rights, art etc.

We assist in the restructuring of a family business where the business has developed over the years and outgrown the adequate, but simplistic, structure that was used at the outset. We can then advise on the mechanics for the transfer of ownership and management of the business (and other family wealth) to the next generation.
