Pensions Employee Benefits Defined Contribution Retirement Benefit Plan

The Osprey Plan is a low cost approved defined contribution retirement benefit plan available to individuals (The Osprey Plan for Individual Members) and employers (The Osprey Plan for Group Schemes) in the Bailiwick of Guernsey who wish to make pension provision for themselves or their employees.

Carey Group has joined forces with a number of respected investment houses who provide a selection of funds available within The Osprey Plan from which an employer or employee or an individual member can decide which fund manager and fund to invest in.

The Plan which is written under trust, is administered by Carey Pensions and Benefits Limited ("the Trustee") for the benefit of the Members.

We will pool the funds from the employer or individual members and invest in the funds of your choice. Pooling the funds together for all members of the plan means that large investments can be made and so costs are kept down.
